This is a great hotel in a great area of Orlando and the room was excellent.

Business Traveler
The hotel is fairly clean and the staff is most attentive. It has a nice bar area and a Starbucks. The quality of the food in the restaurant is not very high.

Traveling as Couple
Overall our experience with the hotel was good. However, there was a complete lack of hot water in the shower each day. The water was luke-warm at best. Also, they had 2 bottles of water with the ice bucket. Upon close inspection there was a $5 per bottle charge. Family with Young Children
We stayed at this hotel the night before and the night after a trip to Disney world. It was a great, comfortable room and we got a great rate. This is a conference hotel so there is lots of meeting space attached and a large parking lot. There is a small pool/hot tub and a good size fitness center and game room. There is an onsite restaurant and a Starbucks inside the hotel. There is also an Avis car rental location in the hotel. The hotel offers free high speed internet, and there was a fridge and a coffee maker in our room. Our room was nice and comfortable but the bathroom was showing signs of age. It was not dirty but there were small holes in the walls from where something had been hanging, and the tub needed to be re caulked. The walls and ceiling are thin - we could hear conversations and noises next door, and we heard a loud ripping noise in the room above us as we woke up - we think they were replacing the carpet in the room above us - very loud and distracting. ...read more
